Expand on your talent build(s), gear/stat choices and consumable preferences. Sources of tests and theorycrafting are especially valued here. Also provide links to the talent builds you choose to expand on:

Apparently I can't put in links...?

The talent build above is the cookie cutter fury warrior build from vanilla and with the right gear choices can probably take you to the top of the charts with relative ease. The 19 points in Arms are to obtain deep wounds and impale for the essential crit damage increase and continuous bleed. The 32 points in Fury are to take the absolute core abilities required, avoiding the more pvp orientated abilities such as intercept. If I was to change anything it would probably be to replace piercing howl with a final point in imp battle shout for the extra 5% attack power, which would be great if there are others with piercing howl already.

Gear choice wise, currently this is a bit of a moot point considering the character's level, but I can and will create a BiS list when I get home from work this evening to start planning what I want and from where.

It's been a long time since vanilla, and I must admit my memory of the core requirements such as the amount of +hit required have faded, but I imagine this is just a google search away.

Apparently I can't put in links?

Again this is the cookie cutter Resto Shaman build from vanilla. It's basically a points dump into resto, only deviating slightly to take the 5% mana increase from enhancement. Again, as with the fury warrior it avoids the obviously extraneous crap like nature's guidance and imp reincarnate.

Again, as with the Warrior, I am not currently 60, so gear is a moot point. I have a BiS list already for the Shaman, so with some 5 mans and persistence I can obtain this and be raid ready.

Provide a picture of your UI and expand on your choices of addons, keybinds and configuration/disposition:

Apologies for this but I am at work and do not have access to my account. As my characters are only low level I have not had any call to expand on the UI at all. Needless to say I keybind mostly everything as required because clicking is bad. In terms of addons for raiding I would use the standard threat meter, which I believe is KLH.

Computer and internet specifications (this inludes relevant clock speeds):

CPU: i7 2600k @ 4.6ghz
GPU: Geforce GTX 570
Memory: 8g
Boot Drive/Speed: Intel 170g solid state - so fast.
OS: Windows 7 home 64bit

Bandwidth Upload: 7mb
Bandwidth Download: 120mb
Wired/Wireless: Wired
Stability: Perfect. Never drop connection and in-game ping is usually 17-25.

What is your past PvE experience?

Since launch I have raided extensively at the top end of the game. Throughout vanilla I raided as a Dwarf MT from MC up til Four Horsemen in Naxx. During this time I was Warrior/Tank class leader throughout and even got myself Thunderfury, which was really quite nice.

During TBC I created my own raiding guild and became raid leader, MT and GM all in one. I am a firm believer in getting things done myself, so taking control seemed like the best course of action. During TBC my guild cleared everything up til M'uru, including a Vashj and Kael'thas pre-nerf kills. It was disappointing not to down M'uru and Kil'Jaedan, but at that point we'd been raiding solidly for a couple of years and people were thoroughly burnt out, not least my long suffering healers.

During Wrath the core officer team of Wiped broke away and formed a 10 man raiding guild called Scholomance Debate Team and proceeded to score server first Naxx and Ulduar kills, particularly Yogg-Saron, whom we stayed up throughout all of a Friday night and into the very early hours of a Saturday morning to clear up to. Thoroughly disappointed with the following Tournament style instance that I cant remember the name of, the guild took a collective break and waited for ICC. We cleared ICC completely on heroic mode, cunningly scoring ourselves the 310% flying mounts so that we didn't have to pay for the skill when Cata came out.

With Cata we stopped quite early on and didn't get very far, as people got bored very quickly with the content. Regardless, we still cleared BRD but stopped there. I have kept playing on and off along using the raid finder, which has been quite cool for a bit of casual fun. Killed Deathwing, but it's not much of an achievement because it's really bloody easy.

What is your past PvP experience?

During Vanilla I PvP'd on a Dwarf Shadow Priest (yes I like Dwarves) and got to what I think was Knight Lieutenant, so no great achievement. I blame this on being at university and not having the time to invest in the grind. Since then I have dabbled a bit in arena, mainly as a healer because I'm a bit of a masochist.

Do you have any other notable gaming experience?

I play Eve Online with a corp called Rooks & Kings, which is one of the premier PvP corps around and have made some of the most widely recognised pvp videos available. It's mainly a european corp but with some colonists thrown into the mix. My character has 60 million skill points and is thoroughly pvp centric.

In AoC I have cleared all of the raiding content up til the Jade Palace, but have since stopped playing. It's a good game, with fantastic music, but has really suffered from poor development at launch. Shame really. I played a bear shaman healer.

In Warhammer Online I played with a guild on Karak Norn EU called Crimson, who were quite widely recognised as being the best warband pvp group in europe. We cleared all available content and were the dominant pvp open world force. We particularly specialised in zerg busting. I played as a Rune Priest healer.

Do you have any experience in leadership or held a role of special responsibility in any type of organization (including other WoW guilds)?

As set out above, I have been a leader in WoW for a long time, but would prefer to take more of a relaxing back seat to that now. In my work I have a fairly responsible job, in terms of confidentiality and specialist knowledge, but that's dull and you don't want to know about it.

Why did you choose Clutch?

You appear to be the top guild on the server. I naturally gravitate towards good players and would like to play in a team of equal talent.

Why should Clutch choose you?

I have extensive raiding experience and clearly remember all of Vanilla content, having been an MT throughout. I have a relatively cool head and I am a very keen gamer. I will stick at things for the long term and would like to progress through the old content again, as it was amongst the best times in WoW.

Is there anybody in the guild who would be willing to vouch for you?

I do not know anyone.

What hours are you able to play?

6.30pm GMT - 12.00am GMT weekdays. All day during the weekends, though I am getting married next year, so the weekends are for the other half first and foremost.

Is there anything that could impede on your availability to raid (sports, vacations...)?

I do not really have any hobbies outside of gaming and painting, so no. I do not have any holidays booked as I am saving for my honeymoon.

Have you read and understood all the guild rules?

The Dingo is a frisky beast.

Final Bits

I realise that you probably saw my character levels and laughed, but if you got this far, let me just say that if you let me in, on either my resto shaman or fury warrior, whatever you want, I will get to 60 and I will play to the best of my ability at all times. I will be available to raid at all times and I will do my bloody best to support the guild.

I am not fussed which character you would like me to play, but current I am erring towards the resto shaman as there appears to be a lot of warriors floating around and everyone needs another healer.

Sorry about the links missing for the builds, the forum told me I couldnt post them. I'll fix that if a forum admin can sort it out for me.
